Easy Street is a three bedroom two bath home on the beach in LasConchas, section 8 lot 8, half mile from the guard gate. The master bedroom faces the Sea of Cortez with access to the patio via a sliding door. The master provides a king size bed with private bath and dressing areas. Bedroom number two is on the opposite side of the home, has a king size bed, and also faces the Sea of Cortez. It shares a bathroom with bedroom number three which has one full size bed and two twin bedsThe focal point of the home is the great room with its kitchen, dining and living areas. And don't forget the wet bar with views directly to the ocean. Easy Street is equipped with all the modern conveniences; air conditioning/heat, dish washer, a flat screen TV with Direct TV, washer and dryer, microwave, stove and oven and an over sized double garage. WIFI is free. Everything necessary for gourmet cooking is available in the kitchen; pots and pans, dishes, serving plates and utensils. Outside you find an enclosed yard on the street side and a large patio and sun deck on the ocean side. A charcoal BBQ is available street side. bring your own charcoal. The beach side has a fire pit; wood is available on the street entering Las Conchas. Bring a presto log or two to get your fire going. The house has beds for eight people. We don’t allow sleeping on the couches in the great room.
