The covered patio looking out to the Sea of Cortez is over 1500 square feet complete with dining table, 4 large lounge chairs, a large propane grill. The home sits right on the Sea of Cortez.
All three bedrooms are master suite featuring a California King Luxury beds, all three are facing the ocean, large view glass and doors out to the patio and ocean, and private bathrooms with double sinks and a beautiful large walk in showers. One of the bathrooms as an A.D.A. approved (wheelchair accessible).***** Also available is the Casita upon request 4th bedroom with a California King Luxury bed and a full bathroom and a walk in shower*****. The great room has a dining table with seating for 6, a comfortable Lazy Boy reclining sofa and love seat (sofa sleeper), futon/sleeper for relaxing and visiting, Large doors as well as large windows to the beautiful view of the ocean. There is a large covered patio with dramatic circular staircases leading down to the beach for your enjoyment. We have a full size propane grill on the front porch as well as a fire pit down by the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, and has most small appliances including, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave.
