This luxury studio is located where everything is a 5 minute walk away. 5 minutes to the Cozumel ferry, 5 to the ADO bus terminal for access to the Cancun airport, 5 from the beach, or to the famous 5th avenue. The rooftop pool runs parallel with the ocean for a panoramic view. There is also a gym. Our studio sleeps three guests, full kitchen, internet 100 mbps, smart tv and laundry machine. There is 24 hour security and paid public parking only one block away.
The suite is on the second level of the building, stairs are right next to the elevator if you don't want to wait for it. All the amenities are located on the roof.
