Bring your boat! There is ample docking and a boat ramp on the property. There is also a public boat ramp minutes away. Excellent fishing and boating opportunities right out the back door. Charter boats/captains are also available nearby for offshore, inshore and bay fishing. Photo excusions and day trips can also be booked. The home boasts a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There are fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom, 2 screened porches and a deck for sunning with southern exposure.
