The last and newest bedroom has four 90-cm single beds, along with an en-suite with shower. The villa is also provided with two more bathrooms with a bathtub each. On the ground floor, you’ll find a 40-sq-mt dining-living room, with comfortable sofas facing a massive fireplace, and another lounge area to watch TV. The fully-equipped independent kitchen completes the facilities of the indoor of the house. The villa is heated up thanks to wall radiators located throughout the villa (living area, bedrooms and bathrooms), which warm the ambience up.
The outdoor area is simply astonishing. As the villa lies in a 10.000-sq-mt plot, where fruit trees are cultivated, you’ll be able to enjoy the quietness it’s provided with.
