There is an open plan kitchen that comes fully equipped with an array of modern appliances including an oven, a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, and various utensils as well as sleek granite surfaces.Home-cooked meals can be served at the large dining table before guests retreat to the living area where they can kick their shoes off and sit back on ultra-comfortable sofas in front of a large flat-screen TV that features Sky TV, Netflix, and a surround sound system.Guests have access to a shared pool that lies just a short walk from the villa and there, guests can take in the sun with a drink in hand on one of the several sun loungers before cooling off with a gentle swim while admiring the Pacific Ocean views.The property offers guests an array of amenities that ensure they enjoy a comfortable and relaxing getaway including an enormous outdoor swimming pool complete with sun loungers and gas Weber Q grills for those barbecue meals in the sun. A complimentary breakfast is provided on the first morning that includes a variety organic and free range products and guests are treated to Sky TV, Netflix, and a DVD player on the flat-screen TV. There is a fireplace or a wood-burning stove and guests have shared use of the laundry facilities in the pool house.
