Summary: The hotel had a nice exterior and the kitchen and bar staff were lovely. The room AC was broken and when highlighted to the reception they showed us a key to press on the side which we were pressing anyway. The AC would switch off on its own and the room was hot. We then had a water leak from the roof and the initial reply from reception was that we would be given a bucket for the dribble if it couldn’t be fixed. Not the customer facing response expected even if the hotel was full. The area was good if you had a car to travel around, which we did. The spa was an extra charge even though the total cost was quite expensive.
