Walking distance, or a short taxi or bus drive, to the CBD, the waterfront & the Viaduct. Victoria Park and a large supermarket are both walking distance away. Walk to the Westhaven Marina & enjoy a coffee, meal, or wine at several excellent eateries, as you gaze out to the Harbour Bridge, the boats, & the CBD.

The apartment provides a complimentary, secure garage for one car (it is a narrow garage and 180cm high approximately, that will not suit large cars, or a large SUV). There is plenty of parking on the street (which is free after 6pm and on Sundays). Neighbouring streets have 2 hours free parking.
The bus stop for the CBD (and the bus link around the inner city, including to Parnell & Newmarket ) and a taxi stand are steps away. There is a cityhop carpark across the road (where you can rent the car in accordance with cityhop’s terms).
Walking is best, as everything is on your doorstep.
The apartment is a family home when not booked, where neighbours need to be considered at all times.
