We are set back of the street in an area that ensures you have peace and privacy, but are also on the doorstop of town, with reasonably easy walkable access to multiple local attractions, dining options, and entertainment venues.

Parking is available directly outside this unit, which makes access easy, however please be aware that the apartment is split across two levels, with entry / bedrooms / bathroom on the lower floor, and kitchen / living / balcony on the upper floor.
Walk into to the entry area to find stairs immediately to your right, and the bedrooms and bathroom slightly further beyond on this level.
Both bedrooms are on the ground floor, with a bathroom in between.
Up the stairs, you will enter into the kitchen, which leads into the dining and expansive living space, with a small patio at the far end.
A heat pump in the living area heats this space, with an additional heater in each bedroom.
