Lake Rotoma is famous for it's pristine clear,algae free water and it's Rainbow and Tiger trout.
Fish,kayak,ski or sail all year round,the lake boasts five ski and wakeboard lanes with the choice of two boat ramps.One with in minutes from the house.With Lakes Rotoiti,Rotoehu,Okataina and Rotoma all within a stones throw of each other,you will be spoiled for choice.
The house has a large private,sheltered, enclosed back yard with beautful gardens that include a sunken pool garden great for relaxing after a hard day on the lake or if you have had enough of beening outside the bar and pool room are great also for winding downi.
There is a service station and convenience store,bottleshop, DVD shop,takeaways and cafe that rivals any of the big cities best cafes,two minutes from your door.
Otei natural hot springs and a golf course 10 minutes away,Hells gate and Rotoruas international airport twenty minutes away.All Rotorua tourist attractions,Rainbow springs,Whakarewarewa,Buried Village,Gondolas and so much more all within easy driving distance.
This is a great location and home for both family and group hoildays.
