Summary: The house was in a great location as described and the bathrooms were very nice and clean. We were a group of 5 couples, and selected this house based on the location and 5 bedroom availability. Prior to arrival I double checked that there in fact was a fifth bedroom as half the group was from California and wanted to make sure everyone had a place to sleep and was comfortable. I was assured there was a fifth bedroom. When we arrived the “fifth bedroom” was a very small room with no door and no windows (old closet?) with a couch only this was obviously incredibly disappointing for the price we paid. The washing machine smelled of mold, there was no soap anywhere (not even hand soap in bathrooms), no beach items so we went out to buy chairs and umbrellas. There was no propane for the grill. There was a peloton but it was locked from using it.Pictured is the “5th bedroom”.Overall I think with a few updates (soap, propane, legit clean of the washing machine, beach chairs) this would be an excellent rental as a 4 BEDROOM, not 5. The other bedrooms were big and nice, the kitchen was good for entertaining, and the location really is great.
