Review Score: 4

Summary: It was in the 30s and the fan motor on the HVAC was so loud. I had to turn it off. It was so cold. I was shivering cold all night. I guess I understand since it’s a holiday weekend and staff was short. My last visit here was really great. I’m very disappointed.
