Set down a long driveway this north-facing townhouse is surrounded by trees and garden. It is peaceful, sunny and private.
The downstairs bedroom is spacious with a large wardrobe and its own separate bathroom as well as access to the large deck. There is also a separate office which has big windows with a view of the garden.
It is a few minutes walk to St Heliers and Kohi beaches, St Heliers Bay Village for eating-out and supplies, as well as recreational shopping. The bus stop is also a short walk and the trip to the city is a delight as it follows the waterfront all the way to Britomart.
Its a 1970's home, it is simple, clean and relaxed. The kitchen functional but basic. The bathroom is newly renovated. Its is arty and comfortable, light and pleasant, There are sunny and shady spots to sit and enjoy,
Upstairs is the kitchen, lounge, dining and laundry and a balcony. There is also a bedroom upstairs but this will be locked. Downstairs is your bedroom, bathroom and office and a large deck. There are steep narrow stairs between levels.

I met Kim on arrival and she was very welcoming and friendly. I loved staying here; beautifully light and cosy. Lovely cool air in the bedroom and so convenient for the beaches. Thank you Kim

Kim is such a lovely host, making me feel right at home from the moment I stepped in. The place was warm, tidy and clean and it is located just minutes away from the ocean which I loved. I highly recommend staying with her :)

Spent 3 weeks in Kim's apartment. I felt very comfortable there and everything was fine and as stated. I can fully recommend the apartment. I think it is a very suitable place if you want to live very close to Auckland and to the beach.
