Situated in well sought after suburb of Roslyn, our accommodation is a walkable distance to the Roslyn hub where there is a supermarket and multiple shops and eateries. Reasonably handy also to Moana Pool.
The entire space is your own, with no shared areas.
2 car parks are available for medium-sized cars in a garage at the top of the property, and there is typically additional parking available on the street, across the road.
You'll have access to the entire home. There are about 10 steps from the garage area to the front door. Once inside, there are three bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and the main kitchen and dining areas all on the same level. There is an additional 2 bedrooms, living space / kitchenette and full bathroom down a flight of stairs. There is a step over the edge of the shower (about 40cm) to access the upstairs shower.
Walk from the garage, down a few steps towards the entry of this home.
You'll enter into a character-filled hallway with two bedrooms immediately to your right. Around the corner and further down the hall, you will find a spacious kitchen, separate to a huge living area, along with the bathroom and additional bedroom.
A stairway links the lower half of this home, where you will enter into an additional laundry area and through to an open plan space featuring additional living and a small kitchenette. There are two more double bedrooms off this area, and an additional full bathroom.
Three heat pumps heat this space, 1 in each of the living areas, and one in the upstairs hallway. These also act as air conditioning in the warmer months.
A recently added Nespresso machine adds an extra comfort.
