Positive: Close location to the beach. Lots of towels and beach chairs ( weather was cool and rainy, so we didn't use those) House was cozy and had enough seating for everyone to gather upstairs together. There was Prime to watch on Upstairs TV. Lots of books and games were provided. Host was very easy to get ahold of and provided all information needed.

Negative: Some beds were not very comfortable. The upper level only has a toilet and sink, and it is right next to the kitchen. The only shower in on the lower level, and there is an additional outside shower. Some folks may find it difficult to navigate the circular interior stairs. Only one bedroom had a closet with hangers. Needed to have a mirror in the common area. We were there for a wedding and really missed that. (There are drawers for storage in all rooms) Would have been nice to have a larger sauté pan for cooking a large meal. (They did have 2 large pots) Not enough coffee mugs for everyone. Did not like the pay parking system. $20 per car per day, depending on what time of day you drove in. We were always planning our activities to avoid paying this fee. Home has no AC, but luckily it was quite cool for our stay, we actually had to turn on the heat. The upper floor was very hot on the first warm day that we arrived.
