My home of fourteen years in a quiet location has a well established garden & wheelchair friendly features. Guests have a 1 bed-roomed self contained apartment for independence & privacy with internal access to our home. Some cooking facilities included. My gorgeous Pomeranian pet dog also loves visitors. The home is a 2 minute walk to the main street shopping/dining area. Nearby parks, walking/biking tracks & outdoor activities sets us in the 'middle of everywhere' or the playground of the North Island.
This is the only bedroom in the apartment so no facilities shared with anyone. It opens to small private garden through the ranch slider.
