Within walking distance there is a large lakefront reserve, cafe, tennis courts, kids playground and bush walks to explore.
The supermarket is 15 minute drive, general store 3 minute drive and 2 boat ramps just a minute away.

Cozy yet surprisingly spacious with plenty of warmth and light coming from the high up north facing windows, while during the cooler months the gas fire quickly warms the whole house.
