Central to this majestic holiday home is the very large open plan living area that flows onto expansive decks from both sides of the house, which means that dining can be enjoyed inside or outside depending on the occasion. An outdoor log fire is great for creating the right atmosphere and providing warmth as the evening evolves... Unwind and admire twin ocean views of Hauai and Oki Bay!
On the top level there are 4 generous bedrooms (2 in each wing) all with ensuites, including full wet wall walk-in showers - each wing has a King Master Suite bedroom that opens onto decking with gorgeous views as well as a Twin King single room with ensuite/adjoining bathroom.
The lower level includes its own living area and large deck, ensuring ample room for your group to relax in comfort. There are a further 2 generous bedrooms on this level, each with 3 sets of single bunks. A full bathroom plus an additional powder room service the lower level.
To complete your luxurious set up, the house includes Sky TV, Wi-Fi, multiple TV's, a home theatre system, SONOS, premium Spotify, and NETFLIX - ideal for unwinding on those indoor days! For days outdoors, you will have access to a boat mooring for easy access by boat. There are stunning walks that leave from right outside the back deck, including the world renowned Cape Brett walkway. Plus, there is access to 2 fantastic beaches - Hauai Bay is a 3 minute walk, while Oke Bay is a 5 minute walk. Both are sheltered bays, great for swimming, fishing, and rock hopping!
