-large fire pit area with comfortable Adirondack seating with amazing views steps from the house (wood burning only allowed when fire restriction are lifted - during fire ban, propane fire pit is provided)

Summary: We had a great family reunion. There was my daughter and her family, my son and his family, and us (the parents). In total there were 13 of us ranging in age from 18 months to 69 years. The property s soectacular. There ae beautifull views, lots of property to explore. You are away from traffic and the children were able run around and have fun. They loved the rooster, the chickens, and the cows. They loved picking fresh fruit off the trees. They lived in the pool and the hot tub (when we weren't taking in various attractions near the property). The kitchen is well appointed with many appliances. We enjoyed the pool table, pong pong, arcade games, and foosball on a rainy day (after a swim in the rain). We watched movies and had a great time. You can hook up to speakers at the outdoor fire pit or by the fire table on the deck. There are lights strung around the deck and pool area which are great at night. The host and the groundskeeper were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The property certainly met out expectations.
