Breathtaking view over the whole of Nantes, from this magnificent apartment completely renovated and very nicely decorated. On the heights of the "Montmartre" district of Nantes called "la Butte Saint Anne", facing the Elephant and Les Machines de l’île, come and enjoy a quiet stay in Nantes.

Park free of charge in the street, and you will enter a charming and very pleasant building, with a courtyard planted with trees and with a large wooden picnic table at your disposal. More precision concerning the access to the apartment : it is on the 3rd floor but there is no lift. You will feel at home at Le Héron, soothed by the lovely light and quietness that reigns there.

With a floor area of 50m2 (and 37m2 Loi Carrez), the apartment is furnished as follows :
-a large and bright living room with parquet floor, sofa and armchair, television and internet connection.
-a kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped (fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, blender and many kitchen utensils).
-A first room with a closet and a double bed (160X200).
- Then you will have a night space interconnected to the room (closed by Japanese panels) which includes a double bed (160X200), the passage by the room is necessary!
-a shower room, equipped with a large Italian shower, a towel dryer and a WC. For your comfort, we also provide a washing machine and also both ironing board and iron.

The Cocoonr Agency
The accommodation Le Héron is managed by the Cocoonr Agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

Neighbourhood and transport
This is one of Nantes' favourite neighbourhoods with its village atmosphere and the peace and quiet that reigns there. You will find all the necessary shops (bakery, wine shop, grocery store, florist, pizzeria, café. . . ) just a few steps away. The Jules Verne Museum and the Planetarium are only a 3 min walk away and soon the famous Heron Tree will be right next door. . .
To reach the city centre, you can take the tramway, 10 min away, stop "Chantiers Navals". You can also opt for the "Bicloos", the city's self-service bicycles. There's a station five minutes away from the apartment.
To get to the airport, we recommend that you take the tram to "Commerce": a shuttle bus will take you there in about 20 minutes.
For the train station, from the "Chantier Navals" stop, take tram L1 and get off at "Gare".
