Positive: The bed is not uncomfortable.

Negative: We booked a room for 2 kids, with a crib, a sofa-bed and a regular bed. When we arrived the sofa-bed wasn't ready and the crib didn't have any blanket or sheet. We asked the staff and they said that they would bring sheets for all, but they never did. So the 4 of us ended up sleeping in one bed.
