With renovations completed in January 2024, HOLT's two-level home was thoroughly designed with the 21st-century traveler in mind. Our generous property can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people with its spacious indoor and outdoor areas, making it the perfect place for large groups.
La Escondida offers 24-hour gated security, shared swimming pools, and a clubhouse.

The Living Rooms & Dining Rooms include:

The Bedrooms include:
• All five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers
• The Master Bedroom has a King bed, a sitting area and a huge walk-in closet and bathroom with His and Hers sinks.
• Both Bedroom Two and Bedroom Three have king beds
• Both bedrooms have access to the second-floor terrace, featuring comfortable outdoor furniture
• Bedroom Four features two double beds, and Bedroom Five has a bunk bed with two single beds
The Bathrooms include:
• Modern shower heads with great pressure and water temperature, for an all-encompassing clean
• Blow dryer, three sizes of towels, and a full range of toiletries offered
• Very comfortable toilets!
The Kitchen includes:
• A modern kitchen fully stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils

• Breakfast and mid-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee upon explicit written request from guests' post-booking confirmation. Please note that we need at least 24 hours notice for this service. Breakfast will only be available for same-day arrival bookings beginning on the 2nd morning of the reservation.
HOLT's Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, SMS, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.
Pool rules: Guests who do not follow the instructions to use the pool properly and damage it will be subject to a USD 500 fine. The rules are shown in the last photo of the listing and are present in the property.
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. In addition, there is a camera with a view of the backyard and pool, so that we may monitor the safety of the pool. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.
If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.
This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional $50 USD sanitation fee per pet. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught by our team will be subject to a $500 USD fee.
We offer a complimentary 20-liter water jug for each stay. Refills are available for an additional fee. A new water jug is provided weekly at no extra cost for long stays.
The property has a garage where you can park multiple cars. Uber, local taxis, public transportation, and executive taxis are also available.
