The main living area, both functional and welcoming, includes a relaxation area with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a sofa for your moments of rest.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook: hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (type...), crockery and utensils. A dining area with table and chairs allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort.
The bathroom has a shower, a large mirror, a sink and a toilet. A washing machine is also available for added convenience.
You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure comfort and cleanliness.
The accommodation can be rented for a minimum of 30 days. A lease, deposit and inventory will need to be signed before you move in.
Please note that the elevator stops halfway up the floor. There are still a few steps to climb to reach the apartment.
All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay.
