On the groundfloor a big living room with woodburner, diningtable with 10 seats around it, fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 5th bedroom is at the Mezzanine.
You enter the house via the glazed garden doors into the bright and large kitchen. Here is everything you need and more. (Coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, cookingstove, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.)
The living room has sofa's and comfortable seats around the cozy woodburner.
A big garden is surrounding the house, with garden furnitures, seats, diningset and bbq, both in front and backside of the house. On the yard a big swimmingpool is free to use as well.
The house has a rural countryside position in the middle of the green hillside of Dordogne, surrounded by pure nature, forests, fields and vineyards. Roses and sunflowers bloom alongside the paths and roads. There are several fruit-trees on the yard as well to collect fruits when they are ready.
