The home has a small floorplan, but the high ceilings make it feel much larger. The loft is a unique bonus / flex space that adds a little adventure. On top of that, the private outdoor space and the walking trail on the property are just unbeatable. You have 360 degree views of the outdoors that are stunning no matter how many times you see them, especially during sunrise or sunset.
The home is in a prime location: only a 30 min drive to the Grand Canyon West entrance and less than 20 min from Lake Mead’s South Cove or Arizona's Joshua Tree Forest. Miles of ATV trails are close by too. You can even take a day trip to Las Vegas or Lake Havasu! Close to a Family Dollar and a few local restaurants. Come enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets in a peaceful, private home.
