On the ground floor is the kitchen with 22m2, this is equipped with an original bread oven and fully modern appliances.
The living room, 36m2 has a large wood burner installed in the original fireplace and the second dining room / living room with 30m2 is with fireplace and a bar.
On the first floor we have two large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has 22m2 plus ensuite bathroom, 12m2 including walk-in closet. The guest bedroom, 22m2 plus ensuite bathroom of 8m2.
On the second floor are the other two bedrooms with shared bathroom, 6m2.
Both are spacious rooms with high vaulted ceilings (27m2 and 18m2) and a wonderful view over the mountains.
The whole house is equipped with oil central heating and an additional electric water tank for the summer.
The property has an adjoining annex of 250m2, there is currently a summer kitchen / utility room (70m2), a large garage and another 140m2 of usable space.
The second level of the annex building can be expanded.
The plot is on 5000m2.
The garden in front of the house has a large covered terrace (24m2) and a large barbecue. The adjacent garden has a 12 x 6 m pool including pool house and a small vegetable garden.
