It’s a 30 min drive from Auckland International Airport and 40mins from Auckland CBD. Once you're here it's only a 5min drive into the local village, which offers all your basic needs as well as cafes, local bar, produce, pharmacy and fish and chips. If you happen to stay on a Sunday don’t miss out on the local farmers market.
The house gives you views overlooking the Ardmore/Clevedon Valley with views all the way out to the Waitakeres.
There is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen and living areas, as well as alfresco dining on the covered patio. Watching the sunset on the deck while enjoying a drink, reading a book, or relaxing with friends and family is a highlight of the home.
If you're staying in the cooler months, coffee by the fire and enjoying the views is always a treat.
Its not a rural retreat without farm animals around, you will hear chickens in the paddock when they've laid their morning egg, and our two friendly ponies Mystery and Maverick will be happy to say hi. They always enjoy a pat and treat from our guests.

There are two houses on this property with separate living aspects and parking.
The owners reside in the other house and we understand your privacy is important to you, so no need to worry that anyone will interrupt your space. However if a need arises - we are more than happy to help.
Also you will see upon arrival - a lock up storage is under the house, which has its own access. A property manager may require access for garden/farm maintenance to this area during your stay.
