We are on the 3rd (top) floor, lakefront, with splendid views of the McDowell Mountains, Lake Serena, and Pinnacle Peak. Just across the street you will find The Mercado Shopping Plaza, which incudes a Planet Fitness, Goldie's Sports Restaurant and Bar, Circle K, Coffee and Donut shop, Eggstacy, Walgreens, Nail Salon, Dry Cleaner, Barbershop, Hair Salon, Chiropractor, and much more. We have two beautiful pools with hot tubs, Planet Fitness is just across the street, and we are also adjacent to the largest park on Scottsdale Ranch, which includes numerous sports courts of all kinds. The Senior Center is located directly adjacent to the park, and you can catch the extensive bike trails from here, which you can take all the way to Tempe should you wish to do so. Just a 3 minute drive from our condo, is the entertainment complex TALKING STICK, which features many entertainment options. Located there is Talking Stick golf course, Top Golf, Oddesy Aquarium, Butterfly World, Sky Diving facility, Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies spring trainig ballpark, Tiger Woods newest venture, "Popstroke", and of course, a shopping area offering a variety of restuarants. On our lanai, experience lake life at its finest. Enjoy the waterfowl and birds, and in the pleasant evenings, the night sky is perfect for stargazing, on the lakefront lanai.
