Your group will be relaxed and comfortable in the spacious 7,000 sqft Scenic property. It has 3 fireplaces and two stories with basement. There are six large bedrooms four Queens and two kings. There are 2 separate staircases that lead to the 2nd floor. The Great room has huge glass windows to see outside for a pool view with waterfall. There is lots of room on the pool deck for gathering. There are 6 full private bathrooms. This spacious property with Scenic views property can handle up to 12 guests comfortably. The large dining room seats 8 and the kitchen table seats 6. There is a large piano in the living room. The back of the house has large windows with the perfect view of a large pool with hot tub waterfall. You can walk the property and see Deer, ground hogs, rabbits, chipmunks and a fox. I highly recommend watching the sunsets since we are high on a hill. This property is conveniently located 20 minutes away from Churchill Downs and historic Highlands and Nulu which offer incredible restaurants, shops, Bourbon tasting, distilleries and bars. You will have great memories for years to come!
