On the first floor without lift, you will be seduced by its layout and decoration. It is arranged as follows

To reach our famous Château des Ducs de Bretagne or the Ile de Versailles on the banks of the Erdre, a 5 minute walk will suffice. However, if you prefer public transport, the "50 otages" tram stop is only 1 minute away.
You can also opt for the self-service bicycles called "Bicloos"!
For the airport, a shuttle is available from "Commerce" (2 min from the flat), it takes about twenty minutes.
Many shops are nearby, as well as excellent restaurants in a very popular area!
