Available from Mid May is a Fabulous 7m x 3.5m heated pool with swimming jet surrounded by large sunbathing patio in south-facing garden. Large dining terrace with gas BBQ. Beautiful views of surrounding vineyards and mountains in the distance. Many interesting places to visit.
The villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. All linen and towels (not beach). Enough is left for the duration of your stay and our housekeepers will collect laundry once a week.
There is a washing machine and dishwasher provided for your use and powder/liquid is provided for both.
The kitchen is fully equipped and washing up liquid, cleaning products and cloths are also provided for your use. There is a small amount of tea, coffee, sugar and milk left for your arrival. So no need to bring anything with you!
The villa is 10 minutes from the historic town of Pezenas and 30 minutes from the local beaches and seaside amenities.
Margon is a small quiet village with a family run restaurant open six days a week. There is also a bread delivery by van six days a week from the bakery in nearby Pouzolles. With Roujan being the nearest town for groceries.
The area is perfect for walking or cycling with beautiful countryside scenery to enjoy.
