Positive: The property is in a great location, quiet and peaceful but only a short walk to the beach along a pavement by a quiet road. The property is an old building, but is well maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool is a great extra, you can even see the famous Soller tram trundling by! There are not that many full properties in Port de Soller with their own pool, I think this is probably the best.

Negative: Nothing really. The only addition I would suggest is maybe a wheeled shopping cart. I am not sure any of the small supermarkets in Port de Soller do delivery and It's a bit of a walk to the main ones in the centre. With water bottles it can be quite a trek back with supplies. There is a SPAR by Repic beach with essentials if you only need snacks/drinks.

Summary: Great property in a super location with it's own pool.
