The deck is perfectly positioned for the sun and also those magical views over Mill Bay and the Mangonui Harbour. Downstairs has three double bedooms and upstairs has a huge master bedroom with its own en-suite as well as its own deck. The kitchen and dining room is an entertainers delight. Cook whilst you watch the fish jump and birds dive into the water below the house. The sunken TV room downstairs has large flat screen TV and free-view connection. There is also complimentary WIFI available as well. There is a full bathroom downstairs complete with bath and shower..
