It is located on the most desirable street at the beach The bedrooms are air conditioned and the dining/living area and kitchen are all open air with views of the town and the ocean....there is a walkway down to the beach within a quarter of a block (all properties have stairs to the beach) ....
There are two bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting area.....the dining table seats 4 comfortably and there are other sitting areas. A unique place to stay at the beach!
We are located very near the PICKLE BALL court. In fact you can see it from the unit....and it is within walking distance.
This rental is available to children twelve (12) years and older. Due tom the high elevation and openess of the railings, it is not good for younger children. .
