This modern house in traditional architectural style stands on an extensive, tree-filled plot surrounded by hedges. A spacious terrace frames the 6 x 10 m swimming pool, next to which is a poolhouse with summer kitchen. The spacious and beautifully decorated interiors include four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Of these, three have a shower, while the last has a tub. The kitchen is large and well equipped. A covered terrace awaits you on both sides of the house: a nice place to communicate in the evenings while watching the sun go down. Montgesty is located between the two river valleys Lot and Dordogne, not far from many interesting towns, old villages and prehistoric sites. Possible activities in the area are canoeing, fishing, hiking and horseback riding, and since we are here in the Cahors region, wine tastings can of course be added to the vacation program.
