Summary: We didn't have a comfortable two nights stay. One shower wouldn't drain and was unusable. The other one struggled to get hot water. The "comfort home" is in a backyard. The deck stares at the living room and bedrooms of that house infront of it. Other windows/views face fences or an alley with construction, homeless and tents that played the radio loud at night. Rooms had no blackout curtains and it faced east, making it hard to sleep in. To get to the house you have to walk by the side door of the front houses kitchen and living room. Someone was staying there and it was awkward for both parties when we came and went. There was no true privacy here. For the cost and the commission Expedia charges you can find much better, higher quality places within a 10 min drive of this residence for a lower price. Don't make the mistake we did. We informed the host about the issues we had and how we didn't have a good stay. They had nothing more to say than "sorry to hear that".
