Summary: Pros:: Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Well stocked with appliances. Close proximity to canal Street and the French quarter is a bonus. Cons: The hotel staff is very poor at communicating or responding to queries. I sent them 8 messages and received a response only to one. There is barely anyone ever manning the front desk so it's hard to get any issues sorted. We arrived half an hour before our check in time and found that the access code didn't work. So I tried calling the front desk/property number to ask them if they could let us in. Their response? Send us a message via the hotel chat, which as I've noted before, no one monitors. . So we were stuck outside until we finally found the concierge roaming somewhere. The rooms themselves are not stocked with essentials , except for six pods of coffee, and some sugar, so don't forget to bring your own.
