The space
The Beverly Hills Tree House is a stunning, gated 3-story mid-century architectural home perched among the trees. The outdoor space is a true highlight, featuring a heated pool and spa surrounded by nature, a dining and BBQ area nestled in the trees, and a cozy fire pit where you can sit and relax alongside Marilyn Monroe. FULLY FURNISHED 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom family home with a LARGE BACKYARD and outdoor area, which includes a swimming pool and Spa, Firepit area, Large outdoor seating area, BBQ and Dining area.

Quite Hours:
The Home Sharing Policy of Los Angeles County requires all outdoor activities to end at 9PM until 8AM the next morning. This is strictly enforced in our neighborhood in order to maintain the peaceful atmosphere. Violation will result in removing guests from the reservation without any refund.
PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: Following Vrbo's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the like for this location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Violation of this policy will result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund, and you will be asked to immediately leave the property.
SMOKING: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside away from main house. Guests must clean up after themselves outside after smoking. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home and cigarette butts are found on the ground outside, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fee to get rid of residual odors.
NUMBER OF GUESTS. No outside guests are allowed. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the home. Please make sure to include in the reservation the correct number of guests staying.
POOL/SPA HEATING: The cost of heating is complimentary, and instructions to heat up the pool and jacuzzi will be sent out upon request. Please note that during the winter time, the outdoor temperature in Sherman Oaks can get as low as 30 degrees. As a result, the hot tub water temperature can’t get past 80 degrees during winter months.
