Travel Purpose: business

Positive: There was plenty of parking space for our large group of 4 vehicles. The proximity of walking to the beach was wonderful especially for those late day or evening strolls on the beach. We had littles ones so we brought a big wagon to put them in and down the sidewalk we went even to get ice-cream in the evenings which was a short walk down and around the corner. The kitchen was open to the living room/dining area which was great for keeping an eye on the littles while preparing meals. The large stone countertops were fantastic for entertaining purposes. The AC was fantastic, especially on the hot extremely humid week we had in our stay.

Negative: This is only nit-picking as we really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor cushions could use some type of container when it rains so they do not get waterlogged as there is no covered roof. A better path from the front of the house to the outside shower as we did not go all the around to the side of the house but that was our preference because the main side door was tough to open due to the humidity and the keypad was eating up batteries so we primarily used a backup key after calling, which everyone we spoke with was so polite and helpful.

Summary: A lovely gem of a place that is close walking distance to the beach for our large family.
