This split-level home features a light-filled living area with expansive sea views, a wood-burning stove, and a heat pump for year-round comfort. The spacious kitchen, equipped with a natural wooden island, opens to a balcony with outdoor dining and a gas BBQ. Multiple decks offer serene spots to relax and enjoy the abundant native birdlife, including tui and kereru.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Bedroom (ensuite with private deck): Super-king bed (can be split into two singles)
Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed
Third Bedroom (private deck): Single bed
The entrance level features a modern family bathroom with a walk-in shower, alongside a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer. An outdoor shower is also available, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Te Kereru is a short walk to the beach and cafes, and a brief drive to wineries, shops, and the Ostend weekend market. Please note, due to its design and stairs, the house is not suitable for toddlers and people with mobility difficulties.
