Come Hideout in our cute little apartment that sleeps up to 5. It has a den that acts as the main bedroom with a king bed, tv, fireplace, and an additional sleeper sofa. The second bedroom has a queen bed perfect for a couple or kiddos, one bathroom, a kitchen and a HUGE backyard! This apartment is situated within walking distance to some great East Nashville bars, restaurants, coffee and brunch spots. Just five miles from downtown Nashville, this space makes a great home base for all of your Nashville adventures! Hot Tub year round.
A private entrance around back will lead you directly into the kitchen with full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, large toaster oven, a hot plate for cooking, and washer/dryer. The two bedrooms and bathroom have all been recently remodeled. Come get cozy!
The hot tub is all yours! No one else will be using it while you are here. Enjoy!

Other things to note:
We have an awesome backyard with a trampoline, massive tree swing and a great patio overlooking it all! Please be warned that due to our cold winters, the backyard doesn't look as lush during the winter months as it does during the spring, summer, and early fall. On a similar note the indoor space might feel a bit small with 5 adults if its super cold outside. during the warmer months there is much more room to spread out as the outdoor spaces become an extension of the indoors and the Gazebo acts as your living room! Just something to think about if you are planning a winter trip.
We live in the unit above so you might see us from time to time but we try to stay out of your way. If you have any questions at all don’t hesitate to ask, just text us! Please use the outdoor spaces to hang out on the patio, sun tan in the backyard,jump on the trampoline, and swing on the tree swing. We want you to love our house as much as we do!
