The kitchen is brand new long and fully equipped for dinner parties with a dishwasher electric fan with gas flame element good sized bench and preparation area two fridges, large toaster, dinner party supplies i.e. wine glasses platters large serving dishes slow cooker, baking dishes etc ideal for large groups. There are two dining areas one off the kitchen seating 8 comfortably with extra chairs and a breakfast bar bench for 4 with wood burning fire nearby. The house has a large lounge with wood fire, flat screen TV Sky DVD and large dining table, chairs. Windows from ceiling to floor with amazing garden views. A sweeping staircase off the lounge leads to a mezzanine on the second level. There are four bedrooms off the mezzanine upstairs One bedroom downstairs. There is one large bathroom upstairs with a toilet sink and bath. A second bathroom with shower and toilet is off the lounge downstairs as is a walk in drying room with large controlled heating for clothes drying. The Shed has a private driveway and half an acre of beautiful garden. Situated in Rangataua it is a 5km drive to the entrance of the Turoa side of Mt Ruapehu ski field.
