The apartment is sent up like a hotel suite with a larger bedroom and a quaint living room.. Shower/bath, bedroom with curtains and a queen size Serta brand bed, Fully functioning kitchen with full Size appliances, quaint dining area with settings for 3, living room with couch, secretary desk, Flat screen smart tv. The entire property is non smoking, no smoking of any kind is permitted and drug free. Due to severe allergies we also do not allow pets. Wall furnace and air conditioning. Laundry on site for additonal fees
Next to great restaurants, in between Arcata and Fortuna. Only blocks From Old Town and 7 minutes from Humboldt State University. 2 miles from st. Joseph's hospital.
Minutes from pg&e. We are down town. Foot traffic around the building is just like any other down town.
