Wake up in the morning and all you see is sea, sky, sand!! What a wonderful house to relax and watch the dolphins play in the surf just outside your huge windows. Large open floor plan has living, dining and kitchen all the same area. Bedrooms are divided 2 bedrooms on one side with the bathroom in between and one huge bedroom on the other side of the house with bathroom.
The courtyard is large with ample parking (inside a gate) for many vehicles.
It features a Mexican tile floor with seating and views to the mountains and estuary. Lovely to see the sun come up with stunning rainbow colors. And best is the view right through the house to the water in front.
There is a patio beach side too with a fire pit to watch the flames and cozy up as the sun sets into the water.
