Other things to note:
Please be advised that a canal runs through the property in back (behind gated area) and cleaning of the canal takes place sometime during mid March. Water levels in the pond will be lower during this time. Please make sure there is adult supervision around water as this is a restricted area.
Private Pond is available for fishing (no swimming) with adult supervision only. Please bring your own fishing gear.
Also, there is a septic system on property. Please do not flush any paper or plastic products (except toilet paper) down the toilet.
Please also note that there is Wi-Fi available at the property but can be slow at times depending on how many devices are using it and the occasional service interruptions. There are also exteriors cameras at the property but no cameras indoors.
