Soak up the sun in this little slice of paradise. Our house has a relaxed vibe which makes it perfect for families. We have indoor outdoor flow so you can be in the lounge relaxing while the kids enjoy the large backyard. Two bathrooms and two lounges results in everyone having their own space - send the kids upstairs to enjoy their own lounge while you relax in the open plan living room downstairs. No need to feel on top of each other in this home! The kids will be happy and relaxed - there are lots of toys for them to explore and pretty much every board game known to man. Raumati South is a vibrating village on the Kapiti Coast. There's always something going on: live bands at the local cafes, an exhibition of a local artist, a festival to explore. From our place you can walk to Queen Elisabeth's Park. There's a flash, new bike track, that takes you to the neighbouring village, Paekakariki. You can also walk the various tracks through the dunes or along the beach. Young families also like to hang out in Raumati Beach, because of its popular splash park in Marine Gardens. There's also the miniature trains that run on the weekends. Kids will enjoy where a little stream meets the sea. It's a great, safe place to build dams and play in the sand. Paraparaumu is the place to shop, go to the library or have a swim at the Aquatic Centre, which is hugely popular all year through. The Kapiti Coast has plenty of amazing cafes and restaurants, with splendid views. If you are foody you will love it here. Not to be missed are Ohau winery and Tuatara brewery. Another great asset of the Kapiti Coast is that we're so close to Wellington, only 45 minutes by car. On rainy days you can hop in the car or on the train (50 minutes) and visit Te Papa or the other museums in town. More photos to come.
