This mansion (400 m2) facing south, with an exceptional panorama, comfortably accommodates up to 10 people with high-end services (automatic gate, electric shutters) and a refined decoration. It has a series of circular terraces overlooking several lounges, one with mezzanine and the dining room. It has 5 bedrooms, one very large with a bed 160, a private bathroom with shower and bath and 4 other rooms with bed 140, 4 bathrooms with bathtubs, 4 toilets a fully equipped modern kitchen: American fridge, Nespresso machine, hotplates, microwave, steamer, food processor and dishwasher. Also a laundry with iron, washing machine and dryer 4 TVs and all equipment for babies and children (crib, changing board).
Near the house a large swimming pool salt (6x12 m) fully secured with Romanesque stairs, terrace, deckchairs, shower, pool house with lounge, bar and summer kitchen (plancha and refrigerator). 5 minutes from an 18-hole golf course, tennis clubs and an equestrian club. Hiking, biking trails. Wildlife park, large lakes nearby (boats, windsurfing etc ...) and many sites to visit.
The region offers several possibilities that you want cultural outings nearby (City of Carcassonne and Albi Cathedral both listed as World Heritage Site) Abbey Sorèze, Goya Museum in Castres or recreational activities and sports in full nature in the Sidobre or the natural park of Haut-Languedoc. The Mediterranean beaches (Valras, Narbonne) are 75 kms.
