Treat your family to the wide sea views across to Buckland’s Beach with all day sun in this beautifully renovated home perched high above Huruhi Bay.
The Space:
To maximise the sea views, the open plan living, dining and kitchen area along with two bedrooms ensuite and family bathroom are on the upper level with the third bedroom and separate TV room and another full bathroom situated on the lower level.
Relax on the deck and watch the sunset over the sea at this lovely family home!
Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - superking bed, Bedroom 2 - double bed, Bedroom 3 - 2 x King single beds.
Please note: A compulsory exit cleaning fee of $240 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights rest of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

The supermarket, iconic Saturday farmers market, ferries, local cafes and shopping are all within a 5 to 10 minute drive of this lovely property.
Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. There is easy parking at the property.
