Our spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest suite is all yours! From downtown Prescott drive northwest about 15 minutes (7 miles) to a private gate with a keypad. The gate opens and your wilderness retreat begins!
You are totally surrounded by the National Forest. Inside is a comfy king size bed, full bath, full kitchen, two eating areas, two sitting areas, pellet stove. You cannot book this automatically. You must communicate with the owner.
The space
This is a great place to come unplug. We do have a small flatscreen tv with Roku and dvd player. You may share our WiFi which is limited. There is no cable tv or satellite service. The cell phone signal with Verizon is 2 bars.
Nearby is the Alto Pit OHV park and campground, Granite Basin Lake, Emmanuel Pines Campground, lots of mountain bike trails, hiking trails and open wilderness with mountains and creeks. Our property has plenty of area to park and maneuver your vehicle and trailer with atv's or kayaks.
Guest access
Plenty of parking if you are pulling a trailer. You can unhook the trailer and park close to the apartment.
Other things to note
This place is in the forest and is very dark at night. We do have some landscape lighting, but there are no street lights. Please bring good flashlights.
We can provide firewood for $5 per night for the fire pit. (fire restrictions may apply)
