Welcome to Villa Paraiso, our four bedroomed luxury holiday villa. The super secluded, gated villa offers lots of privacy and enjoys an enviable location just 50 metres from beautiful Saladillo Beach in the area of El Paraiso Barronal, within easy walking distance to a great selection of bars and restaurants, 10 minutes from Puerto Banus, and equidistant from Estepona and Marbella
Light, airy and very spacious, Villa Paraiso features all of the comforts of a home-from-home, which makes for a perfect family getaway. Our guests appreciate the layout of the living and outdoor space, where both adults and children alike will find a place to relax or play.
Relax, dine and play
The generous living area is furnished with super comfy leather sofas and chairs and extends to a formal dining space (45m2) which comfortably seats 10 guests. Patio doors on three sides give the living room a lovely warm and luminous feel, and open out to the terrace, garden and swimming pool. There is a separate guest WC to hand, air conditioning throughout the villa and free 500mb fibre optic internet available.
The south-facing garden is extremely private and the lovely manicured lawn is the perfect place for your children to play safely. Our garden and pool man comes twice a week to keep everything tip top for your stay. The garden enjoys the sun all day until it sets, and there are sun loungers around the pool where you can lay back and enjoy a cocktail and afternoon siesta. We provide pool towels for our guests.
The covered terrace is furnished with chill out sofas and a dining table to seat eight guests. There is a large barbecue for outdoor summer cooking. Leading off from the kitchen there is a sunny conservatory, which provides the ideal spot for a light lunch or just relaxing with a book.
Head downstairs from the living area to one of our favourite spots in the house. The cinema den with seating for twelve, including two reclining leather loungers, high definition projector and full surround sound. No need to head out every evening when you have all the entertainment you need at home!
We have installed a full TV package offering all UK (BBC1. BBC2, etc) channels and a full Sky package offering all Sky sports, all Sky Films and BT sports, together with all the normal Sky channels. There is also a video club package offering on demand films.
A great night’s sleep
Our four en suite bedrooms are perfectly set up for a family, with cots, kiddie beds and high chairs for our youngest guests. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, which is ideal for grandparents or those who have difficulty stair climbing.
Upstairs you’ll find three further bedrooms, all en suite and each with access to a
terrace: a double with king size bed, twin room with single beds, and finally the fabulous master bedroom with super king size bed and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and Jacuzzi.
The master and twin bedrooms lead out to a huge south-facing planted terrace overlooking the garden with relaxing chairs and table to enjoy your morning coffee. All four bedrooms feature good quality bedding and bath towels, so you can pack lighter.
Cooking up a storm
We have great restaurants on our doorstep, but there is no need to dine out every night. Our spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals during your holiday, including a huge American fridge freezer with ice maker and iced water, oven and hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. We’vealso provided plenty of utensils, crockery and glassware, enough for everyone. There is a breakfast area, so you can cook and chat, breakfast and chat, or give your kids a snack while you’re preparing dinner for the adults. Our utility room is fully equipped with washing machine, separate tumbler dryer, iron and ironing board.
Location, location, location!
Villa Paraiso has everything you need within walking distance. Three minutes from a beautiful, long, peaceful beach with great water sport facilities, and several beach restaurants and bars. There are shopping facilities including Mercadona, Supersol, and Lidl supermarkets; plus several smaller independent shops within a 5 to 10 minute walk. And a mixed selection of restaurants, coffee shops, cafes and bars also within a 5 to 10 minute walk.
All of this in walking distance, and then jump in the car and a short drive away you can be enjoying the delights of Puerto Banus (7 minutes), Marbella (10 minutes), San Pedro (5 minutes) and Estepona (10 minutes). Plus the best beach clubs and golf courses the Costa del Sol has to offer, including: Puro Beach, Sonora Beach, Laguna Beach, and Ocean Beach Clubs, to name just a few. And the golf courses of: Los Flamingos, La Padierna, La Resina, El Paraiso, and Guadalmina, are just a few minutes’ drive away.
